Kuwait has mandated a dual-tranche senior unsecured dollar offering through the Ministry of Finance. The offering includes IPTs for the three-year tenor priced in the 105 bps area over US Treasuries. Additionally, a 10-year offering is being issued in the T+130 bps area.
