## About
mena climate is the convening brand for the Climate Frontiers series — a 2026 programme of four in-person forums in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The series traces the path from regulation to implementation across the Gulf's highest-impact sectors: law & science, the built environment, and industrial decarbonisation.

## Programme
- **Forum 01 — The compliance imperative** (Law & Science). UAE Federal Law No. 11 decarbonisation obligations, penalty tiers, and NDC alignment.
- **Forum 02 — State of the climate** (Law & Science). Where global and regional emissions stand today, and what the remaining carbon budget means for Gulf economies.
- **Forum 03 — Building circular** (Built Environment). Materials and models for a growing Ras Al Khaimah, set against the emirate's active development pipeline. Venue: RAK Ceramics HQ.
- **Forum 04 — Capturing carbon** (Industrial Decarbonisation). Scaling CCS for the Gulf — technical and commercial pathways, regional project pipeline, and transition financing. Venue: Compass Centre.

Series runs February–November 2026 in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
